Our Board-Certified Dermatologists
DR. NERVI
Dr. Stephen Nervi was raised in Maplewood, New Jersey and attended Loyola University in Maryland. There, he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Honors and was also a NCAA Division 1-AA swimmer. He then attended New Jersey Medical School for his Medical Doctorate where he was inducted into the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He stayed at NJMS for his Residency training in Dermatology where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Nervi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. His affiliations include the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs surgery among others. His hobbies include playing guitar, paddle surfing, running and kayaking.
DR. ROCCA
Dr. Nicole Rocca is a New Jersey native who graduated from Rutgers University. After college she completed her Masters Degree in Neuroscience from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. From there, she attended New Jersey Medical School where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She then completed her dermatology training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident.Dr. Rocca is a board certified dermatologist and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as spending time outdoors running, hiking and snowmobiling.
Dr. HOSSAIN
Dr. Claudia Hossain, MD, FAAD is a board certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. After being accepted into a competitive combined BS/MD program, she completed her medical training at Jefferson Medical College where she graduated at the top 10% of her class and was inducted into the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Hossain completed her internship at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and her dermatology training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she served as chief resident. Following graduation, Dr. Hossain spent three years at the University of Pennsylvania as a clinical assistant professor of dermatology. Her special interests include hair loss, acne, and skin cancer prevention and detection. Dr. Hossain is excited to return to her home state to practice medicine. In her free time, Dr. Hossain enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, cooking, hiking, and exploring local neighborhoods.
Our Physician Assistants
ALYSE RUSSO: MPAS, PA-C
Alyse Russo, PA-C was raised in Danbury, CT before moving to Budd Lake, NJ for her high school years. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Muhlenberg College as a Dean’s list graduate and was an all-season athlete competing in volleyball and track & field. She then completed her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science where she had additional training in plastic surgery. Alyse Russo is a board certified physician assistant and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the NJ State Society of Physician Assistants. She has been practicing in dermatology and Mohs surgery since 2011, and has been with Natural Image Skin Center since 2016.. When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
CRISTIN KELLY: MPAS, PA-C
Cristin Kelly was raised in Flanders, New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Vermont was a member of the Mortar Board Honor Society. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University, specializing in dermatology upon graduation. Cristin is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey. She is a member of the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants and has a special interest in treating acne, psoriasis, and skin cancer. Outside the office, Cristin enjoys traveling and outdoor hobbies including hiking, scuba diving, skiing, and running.
ALISON BRATMAN: MPAS, PA-C
Alison Bratman—a Connecticut native—graduated from University of Connecticut with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology. While forever a UConn Husky at heart, she’s become a full-fledged New Jersey convert after earning her Physician Assistant degree from Seton Hall University. She is a fully credentialed and licensed provider with a life-long passion for dermatology. Alison knows the impact skin problems can have on peoples’ lives, both physically and emotionally. She specializes in treating acne, warts, and eczema. In her spare time, she loves to travel, exercise, and search for warm weather and a large body of water.

LINDSAY
Lindsay Graduated from Artistic Academy and has been licensed in Cosmetology since 2011. She has been working with Natural Image Skin Center since 2017, gaining advanced experience in Dermatology, Skin Care and Body Contouring. Lindsay graduated Coolsculpting University in 2019 and has gone on to perform hundreds of Coolsculpting treatments. In addition to her Coolsculpting training, she is also trained to perform EmSculpt and Exilis Ultra. Through her years of working in Dermatology, Lindsay has developed a passion for helping those patients who struggle with Acne. Lindsay performs Chemical peels, Hydrafacials and Clinical facials and loves to educate her patients on how to care for and maintain their skin. Lindsay is a Mom of two and is happiest when she is spending time with her Daughters!
MEGHAN
Meghan graduated from Artistic Academy and has been licensed in cosmetology since 2008. She worked as a skincare and makeup specialist helping customize skincare routines for her client’s individual needs. Meghan’s passion is connecting with others and making everyone not only look good, but feel good in the process. Her favorite service is clinical acne facials which helps teens to improve their ever changing skin. When Meghan’s not at work you can either find her running around after her two young children, or over at the CrossFit gym working to beat her current PR’s.
